  The good is great, the portions are large and cheap, and the staff are very friendly. I go here frequently and have never had a bad time.

  Spent a couple of times in Chevys when visiting family in Annapolis from England. Always found it a pleasant place to dine. The last time in May 2008, my birthday as well and got the full on clapping, singing happy birthday complete with sombrero, superb!
  
  Food is excellent, good sized portions and prompt service. Sweet menu could do with a bit of expansion, assuming you have room for it!
