  Based on positive reviews, my daughter and I went to Aqua Terra
  on Friday night, Sept 30, 2011. We were seated and given a glass of water but no menu. After sitting for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement-waitress kept walking past us without even a word. A simple "hello" or "I'll be right with you" would have been appreciated. Because of the lack of service, we left.
