Based on positive reviews, my daughter and I went to Aqua Terra on Friday night, Sept 30, 2011. We were seated and given a glass of water but no menu. After sitting for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement-waitress kept walking past us without even a word. A simple "hello" or "I'll be right with you" would have been appreciated. Because of the lack of service, we left.

The good is great, the portions are large and cheap, and the staff are very friendly. I go here frequently and have never had a bad time.
